Frequently Asked Questions
- Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice is required for a lesson to be cancelled or rescheduled. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice given are subject to being charged full price. Please call, text, or email with as much notice as possible.
- Payment - Debit/Credit card preferred (protected through Stripe) and PayPal available. Payment for the whole month is due before the first lesson of each month. All payments listed in $USD and converted at time of transaction processing. Click to pay here.
- Pricing - $70 per hour or $40 per half hour. Lessons are at the same time each week.
- Discounts - Refer a friend for lessons, buy lessons in 3, 6, 12 month installments, and/or sign up multiple students.
- What happens if you start lessons mid-month? Pay the balance for the rest of that calendar month by selecting the appropriate amount of lessons on the pay page, then pay for the whole month before the first lesson of each calendar month thereafter.
- Other instruments? - BD Music Lessons also offers lessons on bass, piano/keyboards, ukulele on a case-by-case basis.
